DECLARE MKO ABIOLA EX-PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA- FAMILY MEMBERS:

Late Mohood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola.

The family of late MKO Abiola and some South West Governors on June 12, 2012 appealed to the Federal Government to officially declare the late businessman and politician, a former president of Nigeria.

The family said recognizing him as an ex president is the best way to immortalize the acclaimed winner of the annulled June 12, 1993 presidential election, their argument was that, 'Abiola offered himself as the sacrificial lamb for democracy to take its root in Nigeria'. When asked Moji Danisa a veteran journalist with AIT if the request of the family members and some South west governors was right, she said yes, it was. According to the light skinned woman, Abiola should be declared a former president of Nigeria because he was declared winner of the June 1993 election and more over, his declaration as a former president of the Federal republic of Nigeria will heal old wounds and mend fences.Speaking to another person who begged me in pidgin English saying I no want yoruba man trouble ooo. This na OPC struggle so no mention my name ooo. You see, what they are asking for is not a reality shekena. Why? I asked, he said because the man was not sworn in as a president simple.

Moji Danisa, veteran journalist supports the idea of Abiola been declare as ex-President
