NIGERIAN SENATE, SUSPENDS NIGERIAN CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY DG

                                                       

                              Harold Demuren Director General of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority suspended,

The Nigerian Senate on June 5, 2012  ordered the Director General of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Harold Demuren, to step aside until the conclusion of investigations into the Dana plane crash which claimed hundreds of lives on June 3, 2012 in Iju-Ishaga Lagos Nigeria.

This plane made an emergency landing on May 2012 and instead of NCAA to ground the aircraft, they praised the pilots for a job well done.
